Tonight Michelle asked Jack if he wanted to sign up to play ice hockey. This apparently is something he really wants to do, because he jumped up excitedly and shouted, "Yes!"
Then she said, "Okay, I'll sign you up for some ice skating lessons." (A league requirement for playing.)
Suddenly Jack went all hang-dog and moaned, "Aw man! I don't want to take skating lessons." This wouldn't really be all that funny but for the fact that he does not know how to skate!
I guess he wants to slide down the ice on his belly like they do in curling.
"I don't need no skates, man! I'm a sliding hockey machine."
Sorry buddy, but I think that's called a Zamboni."
